Free Triathlon Workshop, Saturday, March 23, 9:00am to 10:15am, Knowles YMCA Annex, 424 Stadium Drive, Jefferson City, Mo. 65101.
As the triathlon season, and the June 9th JC Triathlon nears, this workshop will include a PowerPoint presentation and panelists covering all aspects of the swim, bike and run courses and transition. Training plans will be provided. Not a swimmer? Don’t worry we’ll cover the duathlon where you bike and run and a team relay where 2 or 3 team members complete the swim, bike and run of the triathlon courses.
